Refund Policy
At Clean Energy Nutrition, we stand by the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Products can be returned for a refund or store credit within 14 days of purchase if they are unopened and unused.

If you are unsatisfied with one of our products, we will refund the purchase price of that specific item. For a refund on your entire order, the remaining unopened products must be returned to us. Once received, we will issue a refund less the original shipping cost.

Please note that you are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the items to us.

Please note that we cannot provide refunds or exchanges for products purchased through one of our retail partners, but we will do our best to assist you with a resolution.

We do not offer refunds for shipping delays, incorrectly provided addresses, or packages marked as delivered but not received.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
DAMAGES AND ISSUES:
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will evaluate the issue and work to make it right.
EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS:
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on Limited Edition products, sale items, or gift cards.
EXCHANGES:
If you purchased the wrong product, the quickest way to ensure you get what you need is to return the unopened item, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the correct item. Please contact us at cleanenergynutrition@gmail.com to start the process.
REFUNDS:
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the refund approval status. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method (less shipping cost). Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
