Shipping Policy

We strive to process all orders within 1-2 business days. Orders are shipped Monday through Friday via regular postal mail or courier within Canada, with estimated shipping times ranging from 1-7 business days. If you are located within Calgary city limits, please select "Local Delivery" or "Local Pickup" as your shipping method. Calgary orders are delivered within 1-5 business days to your front door, unless otherwise specified in your order notes.

SHIPPING COSTS

• Free Standard Shipping: Available for Canadian orders over $100.

• Flate-Rate Shipping: For orders under $100, a flat rate shipping cost of $12 is applied.

• Free Local Pickup and Delivery: We offer free local pickup and delivery for orders within Calgary and Chestermere.
